Faslink Uniform is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and manage the overall Marketing function across two brands, Faslink Uniform (B2B premium) and R2G (B2B2C, fast turnaround uniform printing and delivery for SMEs, plus corporate gifting), working closely with the Business team to build the brands, expand the market, and drive growth. Reports to: Business Director. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Brand & Positioning • Develop and protect the brand strategy for both Faslink Uniform and R2G, ensuring the two positionings (B2B premium and SME fast delivery) remain distinct and each brand grows according to its own identity. • Standardize brand identity, tone of voice, and brand experience across all touchpoints, from sales materials and events to communication assets. Strategy & Marketing Planning • Develop and execute the Marketing Strategy and Annual Marketing Plan for each brand, aligned with business growth objectives. • Manage Digital, Content, Performance, Social Media, Website, PR, Events, and Partnerships activities across both brands. Budget & Operations effectiveness. • Manage and allocate Marketing budget, resources, and investments across both brands to maximize • Lead, coordinate, and develop the Marketing team, ensuring clear direction, effective execution, and quality delivery. Cross Functional Collaboration & Growth • Work closely with Sales, R&D, Product, and Production to develop market strategies, product initiatives, and growth programs for each brand. • Build and operate B2B and SME Lead Generation, working with Sales throughout the lead generation, handover, tracking, and performance evaluation process. Measurement & Improvement • Monitor and analyze Marketing performance by brand, prepare regular reports, and proactively recommend improvements and new initiatives. • Manage external agencies, production houses, media partners, and other Marketing vendors when required. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 4 to 5 years of Marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a team management role, preferably within fashion, B2B, uniforms, textiles/apparel, or related industries. • Experience managing multiple brands in parallel, with a clear understanding of how to maintain consistent positioning while serving different customer segments. • Proven experience directly managing a Marketing budget and being accountable for return on investment. • Strong Business and Growth mindset, with a clear understanding of how Marketing contributes to business performance. • Strong planning, budgeting, campaign management, and cross functional coordination skills. • Ability to analyze market and customer insights and translate them into actionable Marketing initiatives. • Proactive and solution oriented, with the ability to propose strategies and directions, not just execute assigned tasks. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work at peer level with Sales Department Heads. • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to work with international partners and materials.
