As a Tools & Platform Support Developer at Rendr, you'll work closely with teams across the business to provide operational support and develop innovative solutions to streamline our platform and operations. Reporting to our CTO, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing and supporting business operations, functions and deliverables. About Rendr Rendr is the delivery orchestration platform powering fulfilment for some of Australia's largest retailers, Chemist Warehouse, Jaycar, Nutrition Warehouse & more, providing the intelligence layer for logistics operations, while investing in building the infrastructure that will define how Australian commerce moves goods for the next 200 years. Now part of Australia Post, Rendr sits at the cross-section of supporting the enterprise scale, trust, and reach of Australia's national postal network, while moving with the pace and product culture of a high-growth technology company. Key Responsibilities Platform Development & Support Provide technical support to the operational teams, partnering to define and implement tools and automations that permanently resolve points of friction Work with the technical team to identify and investigate the root cause of issues and define platform enhancements to improve reliability and streamline operational processes Provide technical expertise, operational and implementation support to internal business users across the Rendr Platforms and online systems Supporting internal and external technical teams to implement Rendr services and develop scalable solutions to novel integration requirements Tools, Automation and Implementation Development and maintenance of solutions built in React, TypeScript and a range of Google Cloud Platform services Work across teams to evaluate and deliver on new features and improvements across the the operational stack to drive optimisation of the workflow Work with department leaders to solve business challenges, building tools and integrations that improve and automate business capabilities Collaborate to design processes and product features that better serve teams and merchants Required Skills and Experience Proven record of implementing solutions on SaaS platforms, integrations, API and event driven applications Experience in developing apps using TypeScript, React and backend javascript frameworks (Express, Next.js etc) Experience in working with supporting business users and gathering requirements Experience investigating root cause of platform issues and defining solutions to improve reliability and maintainability Experience with Google Cloud Platform services would be an advantage Experience with SQL and BigQuery in particular would be an advantage What We're Looking For A self-starter comfortable operating with minimal day-to-day direction, able to prioritise and evaluate Experience investigating root cause of platform issues and defining solutions to improve reliability and maintainability Comfortable working with external technical teams and merchant technical teams on integration requirements Genuine curiosity for AI tools and workflows, including creating new solutions combining AI and automation tools to solve novel operational problems Experience in service delivery, particularly within a SaaS or logistics environment, working from a backlog shaped by engaging directly with business users Why Rendr Build the tools and automations that power fulfilment for some of Australia's largest retailers Take initiatives from idea through to implementation, working directly with the users of your solutions and see the impact as we scale Join a high-growth and genuinely innovation-driven team as Rendr scales alongside Australia Post
