The team emphasizes reliability, efficiency, and practical problem-solving to deliver “one company, one call, everything freight.” Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Recruiter role based in Warrensburg, MO, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of drivers and office staff. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings, building talent pipelines, conducting phone and video interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruiting systems. The role will collaborate closely with operations and leadership to understand staffing needs, improve hiring processes, and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience. The Recruiter will also support employer branding efforts, attend local hiring events as needed, and help develop recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s growth. Qualifications Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with using applicant tracking systems, HR or recruiting software, and common office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing). Knowledge of or interest in the freight, logistics, or transportation industry is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, coordinating on-site and remote activities.
