ANALISTA CONTABLE Y DE IMPUESTOS – BOGOTÁ Objetivo Del Cargo Ejecutar y controlar los procesos contables y tributarios de la compañía, garantizando la correcta determinación, liquidación, presentación y control de las obligaciones fiscales nacionales y municipales, de acuerdo con las operaciones propias del sector construcción. Funciones Principales Elaborar, revisar y presentar declaraciones tributarias nacionales y municipales: IVA, Retención en la Fuente, ReteIVA, ICA y ReteICA. Elaborar y validar la Información Exógena ante la DIAN y realizar las respectivas conciliaciones. Realizar conciliaciones entre la información contable, tributaria, DIAN, declaraciones y reportes de terceros. Revisar la correcta aplicación de retenciones a proveedores, contratistas y terceros. Analizar el tratamiento contable y tributario de contratos de obra, servicios, materiales, honorarios, anticipos y actas de construcción. Revisar operaciones relacionadas con patrimonios autónomos, fiducias y fiduciarias. Apoyar cierres contables y tributarios mensuales y anuales. Revisar facturación electrónica, documentos soporte, notas crédito y débito desde el punto de vista tributario. Atender requerimientos de la DIAN, entidades territoriales, Revisoría Fiscal y auditorías. Identificar riesgos e inconsistencias tributarias y proponer las acciones correctivas correspondientes. Realizar causaciones contables y validar el adecuado tratamiento contable y tributario de las operaciones. Requisitos Contador Público titulado o estudiante de último semestre de Contaduría Pública. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares o afines. Experiencia en procesos contables y tributarios. Deseable experiencia en el sector construcción. Deseable especialización en Tributaria o Impuestos. Manejo de Sinco ERP, Helisa, Syscafe y herramientas ofimáticas.
