Shaw Search Partners is pleased to partner with a global consumer tech company to identify a Brand Marketing Manager. This is a highly visible position working closely with senior brand leadership. The person hired will guide the planning and delivery of consumer campaigns, branded content and sponsorship programs across multiple international markets. The role requires someone who can move comfortably between strategic thinking, creative development, hands-on execution and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong creative instincts, understand what is relevant to consumers today and know how to translate that into effective brand work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop integrated campaign plans that bring brand ideas to life across television, streaming video, outdoor advertising, audio, social media, influencer programs and sponsorships. Turn business and audience insights into actionable briefs for creative teams and external partners. Coordinate campaign development from initial concept through production and market launch. Lead the daily workflow among internal creative resources, agencies and vendors while maintaining timelines and quality standards. Ensure campaign materials remain consistent with the broader brand strategy across markets and customer touchpoints. Assess potential sponsorships and partnerships based on strategic alignment, audience relevance and expected return. Oversee partnership activations and extend them through paid and company-owned channels. Present campaign concepts and investment recommendations to senior leaders, clearly communicating the strategic thinking, creative opportunity and anticipated results. Measure brand activity and develop concise, executive-level reports that connect marketing programs to business performance. Use campaign findings to recommend future priorities and areas of investment. Collaborate with colleagues across performance marketing, product marketing, media, analytics, public relations and sales. Monitor spending associated with creative development and sponsorship initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS 5–8 years of relevant brand marketing experience. Experience within a consumer-oriented, digitally focused business is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ownership of multichannel campaigns, including planning, briefing, production, launch and results reporting. Sound creative judgment and confidence providing constructive direction to agencies and other partners. Hands-on experience assessing, negotiating and activating sponsorships or brand partnerships. Experience managing a meaningful marketing or campaign budget. Strong understanding of how brand investment contributes to commercial performance. Comfortable using data to evaluate results and balance long-term brand development with near-term business priorities. Strong organizational, leadership, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA.
