Senior Business Systems Analyst (Data & Requirements Gathering) Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid) Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead requirements gathering, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This role will partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and reporting requirements. • Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications. • Work closely with business users, Data Engineering, QA, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions. • Perform data analysis, identify data quality issues, and support data governance initiatives. Required Skills • 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience. • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping . • Experience with SQL, data analysis, data warehousing, and reporting/analytics projects . • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools . • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and documentation best practices .
