Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and Professional Billing operations. Experience with Epic implementation, optimization, and post-implementation support. Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, projects, or implementation resources. Strong understanding of workflow analysis, system design, and process improvement. Experience providing consulting services and recommending operational best practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
