Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Database Developer with strong analytical abilities and deep expertise in SQL/PLSQL across multiple platforms (MySQL, SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, PostgreSQL). This role focuses on database development, advanced data analysis, query optimization, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate thrives on exploring data, uncovering insights, and designing efficient solutions that support reporting, compliance, and business decision‑making. Key Responsibilities SQL/PLSQL Development : Write, optimize, and maintain complex queries, stored procedures, and functions across multiple databases. Data Analysis : Perform deep‑dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities. Performance Monitoring : Monitor production databases, Glue jobs, and NLS jobs; fine‑tune SQL queries for efficiency. Production Support : Support production scripts, troubleshoot data‑related issues, and design solutions for recurring problems. Reporting Enhancements : Improve production report SQL queries and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort. Data Validation : Validate production data across filings and ensure consistency across environments. Solution Design : Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, design database solutions, and implement enhancements. Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement improvements across all databases for scalability and efficiency. Desired Skills & Experience Strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL across Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Sybase, PostgreSQL . Experience in data validation, analysis, and query optimization . Hands‑on knowledge of partitioning strategies for large datasets. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills .
