Coupons & Dividend Processing Analyst

Location: Warsaw, hybrid model (minimum of 3 days per week in the office is required) We are supporting a leading international financial services organization in their search for a Coupons & Dividend Processing Analyst to join their growing Operations team in Warsaw. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, Securities Operations or Middle Office who are looking to further develop their expertise within a dynamic global environment. As a Coupons & Dividend Processing Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting dividend, coupon and corporate action processing across multiple markets and asset classes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, counterparties, and market participants to ensure the accurate and timely execution of asset servicing activities. Key Responsibilities Monitor, reconcile, and process corporate action events across international markets. Manage high-volume dividend and coupon events across fixed income and equity products. Ensure accurate booking and processing of corporate action transactions and related market events. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and operational risks associated with open events. Liaise with internal teams, trading desks, custodians, and external counterparties to support timely event management and resolution. Support cash and stock reconciliations and monitor outstanding balances and claims. Handle withholding tax-related queries and assist with income event validation. Process and monitor SWIFT instructions and maintain effective communication with market agents and service providers. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help maintain operational procedures and controls. Manage team mailboxes and ensure queries are resolved within agreed service levels. Requirements Experience within Asset Services, Corporate Actions, Securities Operations, Custody Operations, or a related financial services environment. Strong understanding of Corporate Actions, Dividends, Coupons, Income Processing, or Asset Servicing activities. Knowledge of financial products, including Equities, Fixed Income instruments, and government bonds. Understanding of the trade lifecycle and securities settlement processes. Experience working with reconciliations, exception management, and operational risk controls. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other operational tools. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
