Why This Role Matters (Purpose): To maintain the charging unit, test and quality assurance of the product as well as ensure the transferring of Mega pump from silos into transfer cassettes and Emulsion Charging units. What You Will Be Responsible For: Implementing and maintaining BME products and equipment underground and on surface. Doing daily underground benchmarking on the product advances and giving feedback with pictures and explanations. Ensuring daily coaching, training in all working areas on surface and underground with all BME products and equipment used. Employee and workplaces must be kept in order, neat, clean and in line with SHEQ trained requirements. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness on all the charging up equipment used. Needs to give training on BME product and machinery to the clients What You Will Bring: Qualifications: Grade 12 with Maths Comp B Blasting assistant competency Charging of Blast holes Portable Charging Unit (PCU) Emulsion Charging Unit (ECU) Experience: 2 years demonstrated experience in Underground explosives mining environment 1 year demonstrated experience on MEGAMITE.
