UKG HRIS Analyst — Non-Exempt Industry: Home Furnishings Manufacturing & Distribution Location: Arcadia, Wisconsin, United States Work Arrangement: On-site About the Role An established home furnishings manufacturer is seeking a UKG HRIS Analyst to support the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing development of its UKG Pro HRIS environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, supporting HR reporting and analytics, improving HR processes, and partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure the HRIS effectively supports business operations. Key Responsibilities Administer and support the UKG Pro platform and related modules. Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, and system functionality. Coordinate system updates, releases, testing, and enhancements. Maintain data integrity through audits, validation, and data-quality processes. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and HR analytics using UKG Pro BI and related reporting tools. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and leverage HRIS functionality to increase efficiency. Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on system improvements, integrations, and operational processes. Document system processes and maintain current SOPs and supporting documentation. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users. Develop training materials and deliver training to HR teams and end users. Lead or support HRIS projects, including module implementations, integrations, and system enhancements. Ensure HRIS processes support applicable HR, data-management, and compliance requirements. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required. General understanding of HR processes, compliance, and HR data management. Experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) or another comparable HRIS. Experience with HRIS configuration and administration preferred. Proficiency with UKG Pro BI, Cognos, and Excel preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Experience with UKG Pro integrations, APIs, or third-party systems is advantageous. Familiarity with additional UKG Pro modules and UKG training or certification is advantageous. Work Environment This is an on-site position within a manufacturing and distribution environment . The role may involve periods of standing or walking on concrete floors, moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and exposure to active material-handling operations. Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and steel-toed footwear, may be required.
