This position is eligible for hybrid (remote and onsite) teleworking. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a senior individual contributor position within HR serving as the primary contact for managers and supervisors seeking HR services. The HRBP bridges HR processes with business objectives, serving as a consultant and advisor to assigned business units. Minimum Requirements: Any of the following combinations in completed education (degree field of study in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or closely related field) AND experience (providing HR generalist consultation to managers and supervisors in ALL the following areas: employee performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational restructuring): A high school diploma/GED and nine or more years of experience An associate degree and seven or more years of experience A bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience A master’s degree and three or more years of experience Salary Range: $96,512.00 - $156,624.00 Annually See complete job posting and apply: https://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/metrocouncil
