Salesforce Technical Manager Global Salesforce Practice Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Manager to lead technical delivery, grow team capability, and support the continued expansion of the CX Salesforce Practice at ITC, Trane Technologies. This role combines people leadership, solution development, and hands-on technical oversight across Salesforce core platform capabilities. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce B2B Commerce . This Tech Manager will help scale the practice, ensure delivery excellence, competency management and drive secure, high-quality, enterprise solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop Salesforce developers, QAs, administrators, and analysts. Support onboarding, coaching, performance management, and team capability growth. Provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce. Design and oversee solutions supporting lead-to-opportunity, quoting, order management, and case management processes. Guide development of reusable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC). Review and optimize Apex development including triggers, batch, queueable, and integration logic. Oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and event-driven patterns. Support and enhance Salesforce Order Management (OMS) and its integration with core applications. Ensure high standards for code quality, security, performance, governance, and Salesforce best practices. Conduct code reviews and establish standards for development, testing, and deployment. Partner with project managers, architects, DevOps managers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and with quality. Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to align requirements, priorities, and expectations. Help define the technical vision, identify improvement opportunities, and support long-term Salesforce practice growth. Stay current on Salesforce trends, releases, and innovations to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience Strong expertise in:Salesforce Platform: Apex, LWC, SOQL, FlowsSales CloudService CloudSalesforce B2B Commerce Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions in production environments Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, integrations, and governor limits Experience leading technical teams, code reviews, and solution delivery Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering and technology steams Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile, DevOps practices, and version control Exposure to React, Vue, or headless commerce architectures Experience in large-scale Salesforce environments Leadership Profile Strong technical leadership with a collaborative mindset Ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution Skilled in mentoring teams and driving high performance Patient, adaptable, and effective in a growing, fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
