About The Role We are looking for an experienced YouTube Growth Head to lead and scale Toprankers’ YouTube ecosystem across its education and exam-preparation brands. The role will focus on building YouTube into a strong channel for audience growth, engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the overall YouTube growth strategy across Toprankers’ channels. Build YouTube as a consistent lead-generation channel, with an expectation of generating a minimum of 20% of the overall leads. Develop content strategies based on audience behaviour, search trends, competitor analysis, and YouTube analytics. Identify opportunities across long-form videos, Shorts, live sessions, webinars, and other YouTube formats. Work closely with content, creative, faculty, academic, and marketing teams to plan and execute high-performing content. Monitor key metrics including views, watch time, CTR, audience retention, subscriber growth, engagement, and lead generation. Drive YouTube SEO through effective use of titles, thumbnails, keywords, descriptions, and content positioning. Build and manage the YouTube content calendar around student requirements, entrance-exam cycles, and business priorities. Analyse channel performance and continuously optimise content and campaigns for growth and conversions. Lead the YouTube team and ensure timely execution of the growth plan. Requirements 3–7 years of experience in YouTube Growth, YouTube Marketing, Digital Growth, or Content-led Growth. Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics, YouTube SEO, audience retention, CTR, and content performance. Proven experience in growing YouTube channels and driving measurable business outcomes through YouTube. Experience in EdTech, education, media, or a content-driven business will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, strategic, leadership, and execution skills.
