Key Responsibilities Lead and strengthen the test prep ecosystem at the Prayagraj centre Drive student growth, admissions, and brand visibility across the region Guide students academically with structured mentorship and strategic guidance Build strong local market presence, institutional outreach, and partnerships Skills & Requirements Strong experience in competitive exam preparation and test prep segment Teaching experience with clear conceptual delivery and strong subject authority Growth mindset with complete ownership of centre operations and student success Deep understanding of the Prayagraj education ecosystem and local market dynamics Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills We are looking for someone who is serious about impact, committed to excellence, and ready to lead our centre in Prayagraj.
