The TeleCaller will make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to inform customers about products or services, answer questions, and provide accurate information. Daily tasks include maintaining call records, updating customer details in the system, and following up with leads to support sales or service objectives. The role also involves adhering to call scripts where applicable, meeting call and conversion targets, and escalating complex queries to the appropriate team members. TeleCallers are expected to maintain a professional tone, comply with company policies, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette. Ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and work with basic computer and CRM tools. Comfort with customer-facing interactions, including addressing queries, objections, and follow-ups. Attention to detail for accurate data entry, call documentation, and record keeping. Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate with sales and support teams. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory. Minimum high school diploma; higher education in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage. Willingness to work within defined shift schedules and achieve performance targets.
