Mr. TukTuk is a young, dynamic Thai street food brand in Vietnam, with 3 locations at large shopping centers in Hanoi. The aim of Mr. TukTuk is to grow into a food chain with dozens of locations across Vietnam. In short, you'll help implement and deliver marketing stragies for the brand. You'll report directly to the CMO. Responsiblities Plan and execute content for Facebook, Instagram, and Zalo (posts, photos/videos, posting schedule) Support Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns, tracking budget and performance Keep listings, photos, and promotions updated on GrabFood/ShopeeFood and Google Business Profile Support monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews across channels (supporting only since a customer service executive is already available) Coordinate with the 3 branches to capture food/venue content for marketing use Report weekly/monthly on marketing results (engagement, online-channel revenue, etc.) Implement offline strategies and marketing campaigns in general Additionally, the brand is ongoing a major change to its branding strategy, so you're welcome to suggest ideas for brand improvements. Basically it's gonna be an overhaul. Requirements Live in Hanoi (sorry, cannot do it differently) Experience managing a fanpage/social channel (F&B industry preferred) Basic proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus Proactive, creative, and able to work under deadline pressure Experience working with delivery platform partners (Grab, ShopeeFood) is a plus Take it easy. It's a very relaxing environment. You won't have to come to office frequently (or at all if you are efficient).
