Harmony Senior Services , a certified Great Place To Work and one the country’s fastest growing companies in the luxury senior living industry, is seeking an experienced regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its Human Resources team. *This position requires one to live in the states of PA, DE, or MD and have multi-site experience.* As the HRBP, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer and serve as both a strategic and operational HR partner to assigned regional and community leadership teams. This role supports the execution of people strategies, team member relations, compliance, performance management, workforce development, and engagement initiatives while also providing community-level HR administrative support to ensure accurate records, timely processing, and consistent execution of core HR processes. The HRBP partners with leaders to identify practical solutions, strengthen team member experience, maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements, and support overall community and organizational performance. Infrequent travel is required as needed throughout the region supported. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive generalist HR experience, with demonstrated experience working with executive level leadership. Experience supporting multi‑site or regional operations, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or similarly regulated environments. Ability to influence without authority and partner effectively with leaders at all levels. Strong working knowledge of employment law, including EEOC, FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and employee relations best practices. Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and learning platforms; ability to pull insights and identify trends. Comfortable using data, audits, and qualitative feedback to inform decisions and recommendations. Adaptable, resilient, and effective in environments with frequent change and competing demands. Proven ability to conduct or advise on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary actions. Demonstrated experience translating people data into practical, business‑relevant solutions. Physical Requirements: Ability to travel regularly to assigned communities, including driving and overnight travel. Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout community environments for extended periods during on‑site visits, meetings, audits, and training sessions. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Why Should You Apply?
