Senior Producer (Client Services & Project Coordination)

About the Role As a Senior Producer, you will act as the central point connecting clients, internal teams, and external suppliers. This is a highly operational and strategic role. You will be responsible for organizing timelines, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client communication, identifying risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and at a high standard. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and ownership. What You'll Do Manage projects from briefing to final delivery Build and maintain project schedules and production plans Coordinate designers, writers, developers, video editors, 3D artists, and other specialists Lead client communication and status meetings Identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts before they become problems Manage project scope, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables Coordinate suppliers and production partners when required Ensure quality control before deliveries Keep internal teams aligned and informed throughout project execution What We're Looking For: Required Fluent English (written and spoken) Previous experience in agencies, studios, production companies, or communication environments Strong project management and client management skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong sense of urgency and accountability Experience creating and maintaining schedules, project plans, and workflows Outstanding communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong Plus Experience with events and experiential marketing Experience with graphic production and print materials Experience with digital projects, websites, and interactive experiences Experience with content production and social media campaigns Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management platforms Understanding of creative, digital, video, and production workflows What Success Looks Like Projects delivered on time and with quality Clients feeling informed, supported, and confident Teams working efficiently with clear priorities Risks identified early and solved proactively Multiple projects moving forward simultaneously without losing control Additional Information Full-time position 100% remote Candidates must be based in the State of São Paulo Competitive compensation based on experience
