Project Manager – Commercial Interiors Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX Compensation: $115,000–$145,000 base + bonus Travel: Local DFW projects / No travel About the Opportunity We are partnering with a highly respected commercial general contractor in the DFW market that specializes exclusively in high-end commercial interiors and corporate office finish-outs . The company completes approximately $120M–$140M in annual revenue and has built one of the strongest reputations in the Dallas interiors market. Roughly 70% of their work is negotiated , allowing their teams to build long-term relationships with clients and focus on quality rather than constantly chasing low-bid work. They offer the resources, project portfolio, and stability of a larger contractor while maintaining a close-knit environment where employees know leadership and aren't buried under layers of corporate structure. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their Dallas team. What You'll Do Manage commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams Lead project meetings and communicate progress throughout the life of the project Partner closely with field leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Identify and resolve project challenges proactively Maintain a high standard of quality and client satisfaction What They're Looking For Approximately 3–10+ years of commercial construction experience Experience managing commercial interiors, corporate office, tenant improvement, or industrial interior projects Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor management Ability to independently manage projects and communicate directly with clients Strong relationship-building and communication skills DFW market experience preferred Why Consider It? $115K–$145K base salary Performance and project-profit-based bonus opportunities 100% DFW work with no travel High-end, complex interior projects Approximately 70% negotiated work Established contractor doing $120M–$140M annually Strong reputation within the DFW interiors market Continued growth without an overly corporate environment Modern North Dallas office Leadership that values relationships with employees, clients, and subcontractors Close-knit culture with the resources and project opportunities of a much larger contractor This is a strong opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys commercial interiors and wants to work on some of the top TI projects in Dallas while remaining part of a team where individual contributions are noticed.
