Job Title: Marketing Manager Perfumery & Beauty City: Bogotá, Colombia As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Home & Beauty categories in NORTH OF LATAM by strategically translating market insights into relevant and differentiated fragrance solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Grows category business (Home & Beauty) collaborating with Sales, Development and Consumer Insights teams by translating marketing insights into fragrance relevant solutions by delivering compelling and on-brand creative presentations-concept, trend, insights & fragrances- to win RCB customer briefs in NORTH OF LATAM (reactive) Build strong market intelligence, trends tools and consumer understanding to identify new space and product opportunities for our customers in NORTH OF LATAM and drive a competitive advantage (proactive) Be the marketing expert for NORTH OF LATAM discussions with customers, and internally, be the first point of contact for specific questions on categories of responsibilities and market & consumer trends (expertise). Communicate on a regular basis about new launches, new trends and insights to LATAM AND GLOBAL hub Lead on local-initiated and coordinate on regional marketing events such as sensorium, showroom and selective trade shows (events) Elevate dsm-firmenich marketing offering together with The Marketing Community to upgrade the function and its impact with customers (function) You Bring 5+ years of equivalent marketing experience, client engagement, in the B2B Fragance & Flavors Industry, strategy, and market analysis. Bachelor with degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications Full time experience working cross-functional projects Fluent in English and Spanish A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
