Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role is based in Henderson, NV. The Human Resources Generalist will handle day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, supporting employee relations, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes. This role will manage benefits administration, assist with compensation and leave programs, and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. The position will support managers with performance management processes, training coordination, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. The Human Resources Generalist will collaborate cross-functionally to promote a positive workplace culture, support HR projects, and contribute to continuous improvement in HR practices. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations. Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies, including implementing, interpreting, and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements. Candidates should possess skills in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee inquiries. Candidates should have strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and handle confidential information responsibly. Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic data reporting is beneficial, as is familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments. An associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred. Knowledge of federal and Nevada employment laws and prior experience in a generalist or HR coordinator role are advantageous.
