Role Descriptions: Gather| analyze| and document business requirements from Portfolio Managers| Traders| Compliance| Operations| and Technology teams. Support and enhance Charles River Investment Management System (CR IMS) modules including Portfolio Management| Order Management| Trading| Compliance| and Rebalancing. Analyze and optimize end-to-end investment lifecycle processes| including portfolio construction| order generation| trade execution| allocation| settlement| and reconciliation. Configure and maintain pre-trade and post-trade compliance rules| investment guidelines| and regulatory controls within Charles River. Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to design| implement| and deliver system enhancements| upgrades| and platform migration initiatives. Manage integrations between Charles River and third-party platforms such as Bloomberg| FactSet| State Street Alpha| Aladdin| custodians| and market data providers. Perform data analysis| mapping| validation| reconciliation| and troubleshooting related to security master| pricing| benchmark| and reference data. Lead UAT activities| create test cases| support defect resolution| and ensure successful deployment and adoption of solutions across investment management functions.
