Responsibilities Support enterprise firewall and SD-WAN environments, including configuration updates, policy administration, firmware maintenance, and backup management. Assist with connectivity across a large number of geographically dispersed business locations. Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless access points, and WAN circuits. Execute site deployments, technology refreshes, and infrastructure changes using established standards and procedures. Respond to network incidents, service requests, and operational tickets while escalating complex issues when appropriate. Participate in infrastructure initiatives including upgrades, migrations, expansions, and new location implementations. Monitor network health and performance using enterprise monitoring and management platforms. Investigate alerts and work through root-cause analysis to drive resolution. Maintain network diagrams, IP address documentation, configuration records, and operational standards. Coordinate with telecommunications providers and third-party vendors to resolve connectivity issues. Collaborate with support, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure reliable business connectivity. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience will also be considered. 2–4 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments. Experience administering firewall technologies in production environments. Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and basic configuration. Experience supporting multi-site networks consisting of routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including: TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN technologies VLANs Routing concepts WAN and LAN connectivity Familiarity with enterprise cloud networking concepts within public cloud environments. Ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance activities. Preferred Qualifications Industry certifications such as: Fortinet certifications Cisco certifications CompTIA Network+ or Security+ Equivalent networking credentials Experience with centralized network management and analytics platforms. Experience supporting enterprise wireless deployments. Exposure to network monitoring, ticketing, and IT service management tools. Basic scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies. Understanding of voice, collaboration, or contact center networking concepts. Familiarity with security best practices, segmentation strategies, and change management processes. Desire to continue growing technical expertise and contribute to team development.
