Position We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Project Manager (he/she) for our client from the life science industry. Offered salary Salary: from 900 to 1050 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences. You’re ideal for this role if you: Have strong experience managing complex projects, programs, or strategic initiatives Are comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of delivery in environments with multiple dependencies, risks, and changing priorities Can confidently work with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across organizational boundaries Combine strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution and results Have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and modern delivery practices Are a strong problem solver who can bring structure to complex or ambiguous situations Are confident making decisions, facilitating discussions, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders Understand the relationship between business, technology, and organizational processes Naturally look for opportunities to improve ways of working and increase delivery effectiveness Enjoy sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and contributing to the development of the wider project and delivery community Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Managing project scope – defining, managing, and overseeing the scope of complex initiatives, including significant changes, while ensuring alignment with business and strategic objectives Leading delivery – taking end-to-end ownership of project and program delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and opportunities to ensure successful outcomes Solving complex problems – analyzing challenging and ambiguous delivery situations, developing strategic solutions, and building consensus across teams and organizational boundaries Managing stakeholders – identifying and engaging key stakeholders, including senior leadership, developing effective communication strategies, influencing decisions, and navigating conflicts to achieve alignment Driving strategy and organizational improvements – identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting strategic objectives, and initiating changes that make delivery more effective and efficient Embedding Agile ways of working – promoting Agile principles and best practices, improving delivery frameworks, and supporting organizational change initiatives Navigating complexity – leading projects across multiple teams, domains, and dependencies, while effectively managing risks and ambiguity Connecting business and technology – using strong business knowledge, market awareness, and an understanding of technology to shape delivery strategies and support business objectives Sharing knowledge and developing others – mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices, and helping strengthen project and delivery capabilities across the organization Our recruitment process Call with our Recruiter -> Call with our Business Manager -> Meeting with Client If necessary, after call with the Recruiter, we also invite you to an additional technical verification stage.
