About the Role We're looking for a Sr. Java Developer to join our Engineering team and support the growth of our technology solutions. Key Responsibilities You will develop and maintain backend services in Java for production applications, building APIs and backend components using Spring and Spring Boot. You will take part in the design and implementation of features with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability, working with relational databases and ORMs (JPA/Hibernate). You will collaborate with other developers and with product and technology profiles, participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvements, and support the full development cycle, from design through to production deployment. Required Experience Prior experience developing APIs or backend services. Advanced knowledge of performance, JVM, and memory usage. Expertise in microservices and distributed systems. Conceptual knowledge of patterns such as Circuit Breaker, idempotency, or SAGA. Experience working with containers (Docker). Continuous learning attitude and technical curiosity.
