Marketing Manager Brand, Digital, Content & Campaigns Company: Cool Filtration Ltd Location: Hybrid / Remote, with occasional travel to London, Blackpool, customer meetings and industry events Employment Type: Full-Time Company Description Cool Filtration Ltd designs and delivers engineered filtration solutions for data centre liquid cooling, AI infrastructure, high-performance computing and industrial cooling applications. The company operates in a specialist and fast-growing market where technical credibility, customer education, brand presence and clear communication are critical. Cool Filtration works with customers, OEMs, engineering partners, suppliers and technology companies across the UK and internationally. Role Purpose The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Cool Filtration’s marketing activity across brand, digital presence, content, campaigns, events, customer communications and sales support materials. This is a hands-on marketing role. The successful candidate will help turn Cool Filtration’s technical expertise into clear, professional and engaging marketing content that supports customer engagement, sales activity, investor communication, recruitment, industry visibility and market credibility. The role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution, working closely with technical and commercial teams to build a strong, consistent and credible brand in the data centre liquid cooling and engineered filtration market. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and manage Cool Filtration’s marketing plan and content calendar. Translate company priorities into practical marketing campaigns and communication activity. Support the development of Cool Filtration’s brand positioning in data centre liquid cooling, AI infrastructure and engineered filtration. Identify key audiences, including data centre operators, OEMs, CDU manufacturers, consultants, technology partners, suppliers and investors. Ensure marketing activity supports commercial priorities, customer engagement and strategic account development. Track marketing activity, campaign outputs and performance. Brand & Messaging Maintain a consistent Cool Filtration brand voice across all external communications. Develop clear messaging around filtration, contamination control, fluid cleanliness, system reliability and liquid cooling protection. Ensure customer-facing documents, presentations and digital content are professional, consistent and aligned with company positioning. Support the development of brand guidelines, templates and standard messaging. Help improve how Cool Filtration presents itself to customers, partners, investors and industry stakeholders. Digital Marketing Manage and improve Cool Filtration’s digital presence. Support website content updates, landing pages, news posts and product/application pages. Manage LinkedIn content planning, drafting, scheduling and engagement. Develop email campaign content for customer updates, lead nurturing and re-engagement. Support digital campaigns linked to conferences, product launches, customer sectors and strategic opportunities. Monitor basic digital performance, including engagement, website traffic, campaign response and lead activity. Content Creation Create and coordinate marketing content, including: LinkedIn posts; website updates; product summaries; capability documents; customer-facing brochures; case studies; campaign emails; presentation content; event materials; customer follow-up packs; thought-leadership support content. Work with technical colleagues to turn complex technical topics into clear customer-facing messages. Support the development of content around liquid cooling filtration, system cleanliness, uptime, reliability, data centre cooling and AI infrastructure. Coordinate images, diagrams, graphics and marketing assets. Campaign Management Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns. Support campaigns for key customer sectors, including data centres, CDU manufacturers, OEMs, engineering partners and industrial customers. Coordinate campaign activity with sales, proposals and customer follow-up. Support lead-generation and lead-nurturing activity. Work with HubSpot and internal trackers to ensure leads and campaign follow-ups are recorded. Support customer re-engagement campaigns for dormant or previous opportunities. Events, Conferences & Industry Activity Support Cool Filtration’s presence at industry conferences, trade shows, customer visits and technical events. Prepare event materials, presentations, banners, handouts and follow-up content. Coordinate pre-event and post-event communications. Work with the Commercial & Marketing Coordinator to ensure event leads are recorded and followed up. Support LinkedIn and website activity around events. Help capture customer insights, photos, stories and follow-up actions from events. Sales & Proposal Support Work with the Proposals & Applications Manager to improve the quality and consistency of proposal materials. Develop customer-facing content that supports proposals, presentations and technical-commercial discussions. Maintain a library of standard company information, capability statements, customer presentations and product/application content. Support sales teams with targeted account materials and follow-up packs. Help turn customer use cases and project examples into reusable marketing and sales collateral. Internal Communications & Employer Brand Support internal company updates and announcements. Help communicate company milestones, new hires, customer wins, partnerships, events and achievements. Support recruitment marketing and employer brand content. Work with the leadership team to present Cool Filtration as a credible, ambitious and technically strong company. Agency, Supplier & Partner Coordination Coordinate with designers, website providers, freelancers, agencies or external marketing suppliers where required. Manage external marketing work to ensure quality, deadlines and consistency. Support co-created marketing activity with suppliers, customers, partners and industry collaborators. Ensure all external marketing content is reviewed and approved before publication. Required Skills & Experience Experience in B2B marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, brand management or product marketing. Strong writing, editing and content creation skills. Experience managing digital campaigns, LinkedIn content, email campaigns and customer-facing materials. Ability to turn technical information into clear and engaging marketing content. Strong organisational and project management skills. Experience working with sales, product, technical or engineering teams. Strong attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and presentation tools. Comfortable working in a growing company where processes are developing. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Experience Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, data centres, cooling, energy, automation, software, infrastructure or technical products. Experience working in international or multi-market environments. Experience supporting product launches, technical campaigns or industry events. Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn, website CMS tools, email marketing platforms or analytics tools. Experience developing case studies, white papers, brochures, technical articles or customer presentations. Experience working with senior technical stakeholders or founder-led businesses.
