About the role: As the Marketing Manager of DENZA Brand, you will be responsible to build the brand from 0-1 and drive sales in Local market. This position plays a critical role in marketing planning and analysis, localization, public relations management, dealer marketing supervision, and budget steering and need strong collaboration ability. Responsibility: Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and annual plans for the brand, aligning with business objectives and Global Marketing Strategic Guidelines. Brand Promotion and Awareness: Collaboratively work with the European PR and Event team, for all marketing activities execution in the region such as National Events, advertising, digital campaigns... to enhance the brand awareness and influence. Public Relations: Maintain a good relation with press, media, agencies, social influencer in relation with the PR Manager to ensure visibility and reputation of the brand and product stories and handle public relations issues promptly. Dealer Marketing Management: Supervise Dealer Marketing Plans and executions, and provide dealers with marketing support and guidance. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research on the region and monitor competitor activities. Conduct post event analysis to understand effectiveness of action, and feed this information into the marketing plan process. Budget Management: Take responsibility of steering marketing budget, ensure the rational use of the marketing funds and optimize the ROI. Brand Ambassador: Be the brand Ambassador of the region within industry and key media. Localization and Compliance Management: Take responsibility for ensuring dealer websites, signage and any marketing materials are localized, up to date, and in compliance with BYD CI policy. Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Country Manager and senior management to support the company’s growth objectives. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in marketing within premium automotive industries Experience in managing online and offline marketing campaigns Knowledge of CRM systems, social media, and marketing tools Ability to organize events and promotional activities Creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports Fluent in English and the local market language Experience working with premium/VIP customers.
