Your Mission Will Be Administer and maintain mission-critical databases across AWS and on-premises environments; Configure, manage, and support AWS RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Redshift environments; Monitor and improve database performance through tuning, query optimization, and workload management; Ensure database availability, stability, and reliability across critical production environments. You Will Need 5+ years of professional experience as a Database Administrator; Hands-on experience with AWS database technologies, particularly RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Redshift; Solid knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL; Experience managing databases across both cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting; Upper-intermediate English proficiency, with a minimum B2 level in both written and spoken communication; CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment. Would Be Awesome If You Have Practical knowledge of AWS services such as S3, IAM, Lambda, and CloudWatch; Experience supporting high-availability or mission-critical database environments, preferably within financial services; BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
