Al-Rayas Lingerie aims to provide a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience, both in-store and across its marketing channels. Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for leading and executing the brand’s marketing strategy across online and offline channels. This role includes planning and managing campaigns, overseeing social media and digital presence, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging for Al-Rayas Lingerie. The Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and drive sales growth. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with store teams, designers, and external partners, managing budgets and timelines, and preparing regular marketing reports for management. Qualifications Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives. Experience in digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising, including content planning and performance tracking. Ability to conduct market and customer research, analyze data, and use insights to refine positioning, pricing, and promotional activities. Competence in retail or fashion marketing, preferably within lingerie, apparel, or related industries, with an understanding of consumer behavior and seasonal trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and experience creating localized campaigns are highly beneficial. Demonstrated skills in project management, including organizing multiple campaigns, managing budgets, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide clear guidance to creative, sales, and operations teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in a marketing leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
