Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Responsible for the planning, execution, and controlling of innovative IT projects for the implementation of state-of-the-art hospital information systems. • Lead project teams, partners, and third-party providers, coordinating project tasks and resources. • Manage steering committees, risk management, management reports, and decision proposals, considering potential risks. • Ensure smooth communication, professional escalation management, and strategic customer development through C-level management. • Oversee and manage the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and effective controlling. What You'll Need • Several years of experience with complex digitalization projects • A completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Health Management) or equivalent qualification. • An analytical, independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach, with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork and client interaction. • Confident demeanor and strong communication skills, both internally and with demanding clients, particularly at the C-level. • Willingness to travel and excellent communication skills in German.
