Role Description The Cluster Project Manager (Construction) is a full-time, on-site role based in Maldives. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple construction projects within a designated cluster, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, and resolving operational issues. The role also involves monitoring progress, conducting inspections, preparing status reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. The Cluster Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive efficient execution and successful project outcomes. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and closing construction projects. Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Proficiency in inspection and quality control processes on construction sites. Skills in logistics management, including coordination of materials, equipment, and site resources. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects or clusters, preferably in commercial or mixed-use developments. Knowledge of construction safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work on-site full time in Maldives and adapt to a multicultural environment.
