Role Description The Technology Sales Professional at Cloudax will focus on identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for the company’s Web3 and blockchain-based solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Côte d'Ivoire involves prospecting potential customers, presenting product demonstrations, and explaining how Cloudax’s platform benefits content creators, communities, and partners. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. The Technology Sales Professional will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop sales campaigns, gather market feedback, and support onboarding of new clients. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring industry trends, and representing Cloudax at local events and meetings. Qualifications Strong technology sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, crypto, and NFTs, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language. Experience in account management, customer relationship building, and post-sale support. Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Comfort working with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and basic data analysis to track performance. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment. Prior experience in technology, fintech, or SaaS sales is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Fluency in French; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
