Key Account Manager (Pharmaceutical Channel) — Latvia

PN Baltic is strengthening its team in Latvia and looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth in the pharmaceutical channel. If you know how to build strong partnerships with pharmacy chains and want to work with leading brands in OTC, supplements and medical devices — this role is for you. What you will do Deliver sales targets across Latvia Manage key pharmacy chains: Mēness Aptieka, Apotheka, Euroaptieka, Benu, Mana Aptieka Expand distribution and list new SKUs Lead commercial negotiations, including annual agreements Plan and execute trade‑marketing activities (POS, promo, trainings, digital) Forecast sales, plan supplies, control Sell‑in / Sell‑out Train pharmacists and pharmacy staff Ensure proper documentation and reporting Conduct regular in‑store audits Analyse performance and provide insights What we expect 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical channel or working with pharmacy chains Strong communication skills and analytical mindset Result‑driven approach and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Confident use of Excel & PowerPoint Fluency in Latvian, English and Russian Experience with Latvian pharmacy chains is a strong advantage Who you are A relationship‑builder with a long‑term partnership mindset Confident in negotiations and decision‑making Comfortable managing multiple projects and large data sets Ready for active fieldwork and regular pharmacy visit
