Description Of The Company: On behalf of a Swiss banking institution of human scale, firmly established in Geneva, we are looking for a banking accounting professional. This well-established institution operates in a demanding environment where accuracy, discretion and integrity guide its activities on a daily basis. Your Role: Working within a small team, you will cover a broad scope combining banking accounting and regulatory reporting, with direct involvement in the production of financial and prudential data. This position offers genuine visibility and a high degree of autonomy in an environment where quality of work is essential. Your Responsibilities: Maintain general banking accounting, including the general ledger, journal entries and controls Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closings Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable Swiss standards Produce and submit regulatory reports to the Swiss National Bank (SNB) via FIRE (mandatory) Control and analyse balance sheet positions and perform reconciliations Contribute to the monitoring of regulatory ratios and prudential indicators Assist with internal and external audits Liaise with internal teams, including Operations, Risk and Compliance Actively contribute to process improvements and the optimisation of tools Why Apply?
