Job description Salary Range : AED 4000 to 6000 (Creative & Digital Advertising Agency) www.motad.ae Position : Full Time NOTE : Candidate with an experience in Creative/Digital advertising agency will be preferred. Arabic speaking candidates will be given preference. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Act as a catalyst for the organization by being a brilliant representative of the company. · Manage effective communication between the client and the team. · Assign tasks, coordinate between the creative team, review each step, offer suggestions and meet the project expectations. · Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects. · Juggle effectively between multiple client’s needs and ensure the timely delivery of the projects. · Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients. · Creating project quotations, preparation of invoices and agreements. · Understand the core objective of clients’ marketing needs, come up with implementable ideas, and make recommendations accordingly. · Ensure every team mate positively imbibes and practices the ideology of the organization, so as to maintain a good working environment. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must have: ·Graduation or MBA with excellent communication skills and min 3-4 years of relevant experience. · Great presentation skills to bring life to the work done by the creative team and present it to the client Requirements · Excellent self‐presentation skills and phone etiquettes. · Excellent management skills, research aptitude, strong desire to excel in the creative agency. · Well‐versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. · Interest/Education in Advertising, sales and Marketing. · Min Experience of 3 Years is a must. · Experience in Customer Service and Brand Marketing. · Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. · Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals How to Apply ?
