For our client, we are seeking a Data Scientist En Chef Croissance to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to enhance customer acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and experience Work with marketing, finance, and operations teams to uncover growth opportunities and improve business decision-making Support and advocate for experimentation and decision frameworks to confidently launch and iterate products Define KPIs and success metrics to keep teams aligned on measurable outcomes Utilize statistical analysis, forecasting, causal inference, and machine learning techniques to better understand user behavior and business performance Proactively identify high-impact opportunities through in-depth analysis of user journeys, lifecycle behavior, conversion funnels, and financial performance Shape team and company priorities by providing data-driven insights on impact, trade-offs, and return on investment Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data science, growth analytics, experimentation, or related roles in fast-growing environments Strong proficiency in SQL and Python In-depth understanding of experimentation, causal inference, statistical analysis, forecasting, and KPI design Strong product and business intuition with the ability to connect user behavior to business outcomes Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, finance, operations, or product Comfortable operating autonomously and leading ambiguous projects from idea to execution Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven reasoning Benefits Employee stock options as part of compensation Annual salary reviews Health and dental coverage including health and wellness spending accounts Remote work flexibility with optional access to offices in Montreal and Toronto Annual budget of $2,000 for courses, certifications, and training to support career growth 20 vacation days per year, with an additional $1,000 bonus for using all vacation days Parental leave top-up to 100% salary for up to 18 weeks Quarterly team outings or company-wide events to foster in-person connections Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
