About the position M7 Group is looking for a proven Senior Used Car Sales Executive to join our pre-owned vehicle sales operation at Hyundai Springs and Kia Springs. This full-time, on-site position is suited to an experienced automotive sales professional who understands the premium pre-owned market, consistently delivers strong monthly sales results and can confidently manage the complete customer journey—from the initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery. The successful candidate will be based within our Springs dealership operation. Key responsibilities • Consistently achieve a minimum target of 10 vehicle sales per month. • Respond promptly and professionally to digital, telephone, walk-in and referral enquiries. • Qualify prospective customers and recommend suitable vehicles based on their needs and budgets. • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives. • Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospective and existing customers. • Manage negotiations and progress deals through to final delivery. • Work closely with sales management, the F&I department and other dealership teams to conclude transactions efficiently. • Capture and maintain accurate customer, lead and deal information on Seriti and the dealership CMS. • Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. • Ensure that every customer receives a professional, transparent and premium dealership experience. • Comply with M7 Group policies, dealership procedures, POPIA requirements and relevant automotive retail regulations. Minimum requirements • Previous sales experience at a premium used-car dealership is required. • A proven track record of consistently achieving at least 10 vehicle sales per month. • Working knowledge of Seriti and dealership CMS platforms. • Strong sales, negotiation and deal-closing ability. • Excellent communication and customer-service skills. • Strong lead-management and follow-up discipline. • Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach. • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven dealership environment. • A valid South African driver’s licence. • Ability to work full-time and on-site in Springs, Gauteng. Package • Monthly salary of between R12,000 and R17,000, depending on experience. • Medical aid benefit. • Company vehicle in accordance with company policy. • Opportunity to join an established and growing automotive group.
