Data Solutions Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Data Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Food & Beverages environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $127,900 – $175,900 annually Responsibilities Design and implement data solutions using Databricks and modern cloud technologies Lead data engineering solution design with Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture Mentor teams in data modeling and ETL/ELT development Define scalable data integration patterns and strategies Establish architecture standards and engineering best practices Implement data security frameworks including role-based access controls Ensure data quality and governance are maintained across solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake Proficiency with Azure Data Lake and Azure Data Factory Deep knowledge of Medallion Architecture and data warehousing concepts Experience in designing secure, governed data platforms Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits Competitive health and dental benefits from day one 401k plan offered immediately Wellness benefits to support employee health Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
