Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Karachi. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct property presentations and site visits, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring accurate documentation for each transaction. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, gathering market insights, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and operations to meet sales targets. The Sales Executive is expected to represent Centric Properties professionally, uphold company values, and contribute to revenue growth. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle and meet or exceed targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients, conducting property presentations, and building long-term relationships. Basic knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation concepts, and local regulations in Karachi, or willingness to learn quickly. Solid organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing multiple leads simultaneously. Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and standard office productivity software to track activities and prepare reports. Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and adapt to a dynamic, client-facing environment. Prior experience in sales, business development, or real estate is preferred but not strictly required for highly motivated candidates. Relevant educational background (e.g., business, marketing, commerce, or a related field) is an advantage.
