Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in Riyadh. The Sales professional is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, presenting sport court and flooring solutions to prospective clients, and managing the full sales cycle from inquiry to contract signing. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role also involves collaborating with project and installation teams to align client expectations with delivery, providing ongoing customer support, and participating in sales training and promotional events to drive business growth. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training capabilities to support team performance, share best practices, and contribute to a structured sales process. Experience in construction, sports facilities, or related industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with working in the Saudi market. Strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with CRM and basic office software, and the ability to work on-site and travel within the region as needed. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience is required, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
