Senior Technical Lead – IAM Data Integration and Migration SME

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Lead – IAM Data Integration And Migration SME to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Aerospace & Defense environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $176,000 – $282,000 annually Responsibilities Lead strategy for migrating data from legacy IBM IAM to a new IAM platform Develop and maintain a comprehensive data migration roadmap Define mappings between legacy and target data models Design repeatable migration pipelines with SQL and ETL tools Ensure integrity of data relationships throughout migration Align data handling with federal security compliance standards Coordinate cross-functional teams for technical planning and execution Qualifications U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance Bachelor's degree with 16+ years OR Master's degree with 14+ years OR High School diploma with 20+ years of experience 10+ years in enterprise IT environments 7+ years with IBM and Oracle products, and cloud solutions Mandatory training/certification in IAM database products, notably Oracle and DB2 Strong knowledge of IT systems, IAM, and AWS GovCloud Proven ability in managing multiple concurrent tasks in secure environments Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with company matching Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Professional development and training opportunities Flexible working arrangements including remote work options Wellness programs to support a healthy work-life balance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
