Network Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Network Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $127,500 – $172,500 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop the Network Engineering team for enterprise and cloud networking Own operational delivery and continuous improvement across the network domain Provide strong people leadership with a focus on coaching and talent retention Evaluate emerging networking and cloud technologies for enhanced reliability and security Serve as primary escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate with senior engineers Qualifications 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and operations Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge of Cisco routing and switching Experience with cloud networking across major providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) Working knowledge of next-generation firewalls and SASE platforms Proven track record of evaluating and introducing new networking technologies Benefits Variety of medical plan options and 401(k) plan with company match Flex work weeks and paid time off plans including vacation and military leave Short and long-term disability benefits and life insurance options Competitive benefits package regularly reviewed to meet employee needs Remote work model available for eligible candidates Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
