For our client, we are seeking a Staff Systems Engineer- Network Performance Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,200 – $290,700 annually Responsibilities Define and maintain the Network Performance Budget for various vehicle product areas Forecast network loading and bandwidth needs based on product feature growth Conduct end-to-end network load assessment activities, including modeling and simulation Establish criteria for acceptable network loading and performance, communicating these to product teams Create and manage a Network Performance Dashboard for leadership visibility Support Electrical Architecture Reviews to evaluate network implications of new features Collaborate with software, hardware, and microcontroller teams to align on performance requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in engineering, particularly with in-vehicle networks and automotive electrical systems Experience in network performance analysis in complex embedded systems Strong knowledge of automotive network architectures and communication systems, including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet Hands-on experience with network modeling and measurement tools like CANoe, Vector tools, Wireshark Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts Retirement savings plans with contributions Life insurance and sickness/accident benefits Paid vacation and holidays Tuition assistance programs for further education Employee assistance programs and wellness resources Vehicle discounts upon participation in a company program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
