Meta is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for Reality Labs (RL) and drive the expansion of wearables in the Mexican market. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that position Meta's wearable devices and Reality Labs products for growth in Mexico, partnering closely with product, creative, sales, and data science teams to bring compelling narratives to market. You will own large-scale campaigns from strategy through measurement, translating product capabilities and local market insights into marketing programs that resonate with Mexican consumers and deliver measurable business outcomes. Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Develop and drive integrated marketing strategies for Reality Labs wearables expansion in Mexico, aligning campaign objectives with broader business and product goals Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, creative, sales, data science, and operations teams to bring marketing programs from concept to execution in the Mexican market Define campaign measurement frameworks and analyze performance data to assess impact, optimize spend, and inform future marketing investments for wearables in Mexico Translate complex Reality Labs product capabilities and Mexican market insights into clear, compelling messaging for local consumers and partners Identify and prioritize the highest-impact marketing opportunities across channels in Mexico, making tradeoffs based on audience reach, business value, and resource constraints Contribute to organizational marketing strategy for Reality Labs in Latin America, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and go-to-market plans Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in Mexico, openly sharing progress, priorities, and risks throughout campaign planning and execution Coach peers on optimizing marketing workflows and simplifying processes, including integrating AI tools to improve campaign development and reporting efficiency Proactively identify gaps in current marketing approaches for the Mexican market and implement solutions that improve overall program effectiveness and scalability Communicate marketing strategy, results, and recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners across a range of formats and audience levels Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in marketing, including developing and executing integrated marketing programs across digital and non-digital channels Experience leading large-scale marketing campaigns from strategy through measurement, including defining KPIs and analyzing performance data to drive optimization Experience working cross-functionally with product, creative, sales, and data science teams to align marketing programs with business objectives Experience with the Mexican consumer market, including understanding of local consumer behavior, media landscape, and cultural nuances Experience influencing marketing strategy and roadmap decisions through written proposals, stakeholder alignment, and data-informed recommendations Experience managing multiple concurrent marketing programs, prioritizing based on business impact and stakeholder needs Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing go-to-market strategies for new product launches in Latin America, including audience segmentation, positioning, and channel planning Experience using data analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and inform creative and channel strategy Experience with Reality Labs products, AR/VR technology, or related consumer electronics Experience marketing consumer hardware, wearable devices, or emerging technology products Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows such as content development, audience research, or campaign performance analysis About Meta: Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
