Job Title: Sales Executive Work Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: 5 - 15 years in Luxury retail Key Responsibilities 1. Policy and Protocol Adherence Strictly follow all company policies, store procedures, and brand guidelines. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Adhere to dress code, grooming standards, and professional conduct as per company protocol. Follow cash handling, POS operation, and return/refund procedures accurately. 2. Achieving Sales Targets and KPIs Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor personal and team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rate, average transaction value, and customer engagement. Actively promote company promotions, bundled offers, and new product launches to enhance sales. Provide daily sales reports and assist in forecasting and planning. 3. Customer Service Excellence Greet customers warmly and provide personalized, consultative fragrance recommendations. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, emphasizing fragrance families, notes, longevity, and suitability for occasions. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly. Build strong customer relationships through follow-ups and loyalty program engagement. Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment. 4. Inventory and Stock Management Monitor stock levels daily and ensure optimal product availability on the sales floor. Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits. Place timely reorders in coordination with the Line Manager to prevent stockouts. Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and rotation of stock (FIFO/FEFO). Maintain accurate records of stock movements and discrepancies. 5. Loss Prevention and Pilferage Control Follow strict warehouse and sales floor security protocols to minimize theft and shrinkage. Conduct regular visual checks and report any suspicious activity. Assist in executing daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations. Secure high-value items and ensure safe storage after operating hours. Support investigations into inventory discrepancies when necessary. 6. Additional Store Duties Assist in visual merchandising, window displays, and promotional setups in line with brand standards. Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash, cards, and mobile payments securely. Support store opening and closing procedures (e.g., switching equipment, daily z-reports). Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, backroom, and fitting areas.
