For our client, we are seeking a Databricks Data Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain analytical datasets and models using Databricks SQL and Delta Lake Write and maintain optimized SQL queries and Python notebooks for reporting Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools Analyze data for trends and insights to support business decisions Translate business requirements into data solutions and reports Perform data validation and quality checks for reporting accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field 3-10 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation Familiarity with Databricks or similar cloud-native analytics platforms Experience with BI tools like Databricks AI/BI Dashboards, Power BI, or Tableau Ability to document analytical solutions clearly and work in teams Benefits Virtual work flexibility within the United States Comprehensive benefits package supporting a diverse workplace Commitment to creating a supportive work environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
