About Tylt At Tylt, we're building the next generation of global payment infrastructure powered by stablecoins. Our platform enables businesses to collect payments, send payouts, convert between fiat and stablecoins, and move money across borders with greater speed, transparency, and efficiency. We're building infrastructure at the intersection of fintech, blockchain, stablecoins, and global payments, and we're looking for engineers who want to work on real-world financial systems. About the Role As a Stablecoin Systems Engineer, you'll contribute to the systems that power Tylt's payment infrastructure. You'll work on transaction flows, payment processing, integrations, APIs, financial data, blockchain infrastructure, and other components involved in moving value across global markets. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to build reliable systems that can support businesses operating across different payment methods, currencies, and markets. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain reliable systems supporting Tylt's payment infrastructure. Build and improve services responsible for payment processing, transactions, payouts, and settlement. Work with APIs and integrations across payment providers, blockchain networks, and financial systems. Develop systems for monitoring transaction states and payment lifecycles. Work with blockchain and stablecoin-related infrastructure. Build solutions for transaction reconciliation and financial data processing. Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and security. Investigate and resolve technical issues across payment and transaction flows. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions. Collaborate with Product and Operations to understand real-world payment requirements. Contribute to technical documentation and engineering processes. Stay current with developments across blockchain infrastructure, stablecoins, payments, and financial technology. What We're Looking For 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience. Strong programming fundamentals and experience working with production systems. Experience building APIs, backend services, or distributed systems. Strong understanding of databases, data structures, and system design. Experience working with cloud infrastructure and modern development environments. Familiarity with payment systems, financial technology, blockchain, or digital assets is highly valuable. Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working with technical ambiguity and solving complex problems independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Genuine interest in stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, and global payments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Node.js / TypeScript Python Go Java REST APIs PostgreSQL or other relational databases Redis Docker AWS or other cloud platforms Microservices Event-driven architecture Blockchain APIs and RPCs EVM-compatible networks Stablecoin infrastructure Crypto wallets and transaction systems Payment gateways Payment service providers Transaction monitoring and reconciliation CI/CD and automated testing Why Join Tylt?
