Role Description The Hospital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Medifort Wellness Hospital in Deoghar. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase community awareness of hospital services and specialties, while supporting patient acquisition and retention initiatives. The executive will conduct local market research, analyze patient demographics, and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with clinical and operational teams. Daily activities include coordinating promotional events, managing digital and offline marketing materials, working with external vendors, and ensuring consistent branding across all communication channels. The role also requires regular reporting on marketing performance metrics, maintaining relationships with referring providers and community organizations, and supporting sales activities that align with hospital goals and ethical healthcare practices.
