Nursing Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Valid Nursing Council Registration EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate nursing activities within the assigned department Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards Lead, mentor and support nursing staff Coordinate with doctors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams Monitor nursing documentation, medication administration and patient care plans Prepare duty schedules and manage departmental staffing Promote infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives EXPERIENCED STAFF NURSE – 10 POSITIONS Department: General Ward Private Ward QUALIFICATION GNM B.Sc. Nursing Post Basic B.Sc.
